United Way’s Top Achievers Award goes to Otis Eastern Service

Allegany County United Way presented Otis Eastern Service and their employees with the Top Achievers Award for 2014-15. Their generous contribution of $68,876 represents nearly 20 percent of this year’s campaign total. 

“We are pleased to receive this award,” said Charlie Joyce, Owner and CEO of Otis Eastern Service. Iam proud that so many Otis employees step up and support Allegany County United Way.”

“Generous support from Otis Eastern employees and the corporation is a very important part of the United Way’s fundraising campaign,” said Randy Shayler, president of the ACUW Board of Directors. “This will make it possible for critical community needs to be met and for more community members to improve their lives through programs that the United Way supports.”

Lindsey Billings, United Way Campaign Coordinator at Otis Eastern commented,Otis employees are always eager to help in any way that they can.”
